How it works
From showroom to workshop invoice
Take the enquiry
Attach a customer and a model. Quote, book, and allocate a VIN when the unit is in stock.
Open the job card
Walk-in or appointment. Add labour and parts lines against the same VIN.
Issue from stock
Parts leave the branch only when on-hand covers the line. Receive a GRN first if the bin is empty.
Pass QC, then invoice
The tax invoice waits on QC. Country rate and letterhead come from fiscal settings.
Handover
Close the job when the vehicle goes back to the customer.
